Melissa Marban, MS, LPC-IT is a therapist whose approach is centered on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Her goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize what’s no longer serving you, and tap into your strengths as you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. She brings a wide range of life experience—from living in different cultures to parenting, marriage, teaching, and running a business which helps her connect with a variety of clients. Melissa works with individuals, couples, families, and international clients navigating challenges such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, chronic pain, and terminal illness. Her therapeutic style is strengths-based and integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), existential therapy, CBT, DBT, systems work, and somatic techniques—always tailoring the process to fit what works best for you.
