Her work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Schema Therapy to meet your unique needs. She provides therapy to both individuals and couples and offers flexible daytime and evening appointments to fit your schedule.
