Arianna Katrichis, MS, LPC

Arianna Katrichis, MS, LPC, is a psychotherapist that encourages an active and collaborative role in therapy practice. She focuses on an integrated and multicultural approach, using different techniques to accommodate to the needs of diverse populations. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered theories, Arianna helps to instill hope and empower clients to make strides towards their personal goals. Currently, Arianna is completing a second post-grad degree to concentrate in sports psychology and mental performance coaching for athletes. Specializing in areas such as performance anxiety, focus enhancement, goal setting, well-being, and resilience, her goal is to instill mental toughness as the foundation to unlocking one’s full potential, in an out of sports. She focuses on a holistic approach to help the client and the athlete with day-to-day concerns. Arianna's therapy practice focuses on work with older adolescents and adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, effective coping skills, and disordered eating.

Arianna works with clients ages 14 and up.
