Alyssa Printz, MS, LPC works with individuals aged 18+ and has clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and stress related concerns, perfectionism, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Alyssa is dedicated to helping individuals navigate through life's challenges and achieve emotional well-being. She firmly believes in the power of therapy to promote personal growth, resilience, and positive change. Her approach is empathetic, nonjudgemental, and collaborative, as she strives to create a safe and supportive space for all clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Alyssa works from a trauma-informed and humanistic orientation and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
