Alison Brown-Donald, MA, LPC, 200-EYT, Reiki II, has experience teaching & supporting the entire lifespan. By applying her integrative therapy background (yoga, mindfulness, fitness) to her trauma informed clinical mental health counseling degree, she offers an informative & actively involved therapy style. Alison has a passion for supporting women, anxious kids and teens, & depressed adults seeking meaning.
